Doctoral Seminar
Topics in Gender and Family Economics
Time and place: Monday, 4pm – 6 pm, M.12.19, first meeting: October 14
Description: The seminar is targeted at students working in or wishing to work in the fields of gender and family economics. We discuss important papers from these fields in class und work on potential avenues for participants’ own research. In each session, we discuss one or two papers which all participants are expected to have read and for which one participant prepares a short presentation to kick off the discussion. At the end of the term, participants hand in a written research proposal.
